Q) When I click on the Video Tour button the movie does not start or the screen displays garbled code?
A) If you have trouble playing the wmv files, it may be because you have some sort of firewall settings preventing playing of programs on the web. For example, if you use Zone Alarm and have a problem, try going PROGRAM CONTROL then click on the PROGRAMS tab. Look for windows media player and if there are RED x's then click on them and switch them to ALLOW. Similarly, you may have other firewalls preventing the playing of WMV files. For Windows Firewall click Start, Settings, Control Panel, then Network Connections. Next, choose Change Windows Firewall Settings. Windows Firewall appears. Click the Exceptions tab. Click Add Program, and then select WM Recorder from the list.
