On occasion the best way to assist a client is by accessing their computer remotely, whereever you are in the world. If you first email us to let us know your problem we can set up a remote session by sending you an email with a link to click on. You then follow the instructions and it will ask you if we can access your computer through the internet. At the end of the session our access to your computer ends permanently.
