File Access Denied Error
When ChartSmart runs it is continually accessing files. This error may occur because:
1) ChartSmart is already running and you have clicked on the icon to start it twice. Check the taskbar to see if it is already running.
2) A file may be damaged, hence inaccessible and Chartsmart may need to be reinstalled.
3) If you are on a network, someone else may be running ChartSmart.
4) You may have an antivirus or spyware program running which is preventing writing files to disk.
