Under rare circumstances you may encounter the following:
1) you click on the info button in the large white box is a list of checkable options.
2) when you click on MAINTENANCE and INFORMATION BARS there are 2 white boxes with options and check boxes beside them.
3) When you go to select how to sort your filters some of the sorting options are missing.
In such a situation it is most likely that you did not download all your filter files in the last download. The first thing to try to remedy this is to download again and check if the missing options appear. Check under DATA, then FILTER FILES that all of the 10 checkboxes are checked. If not do this then download again. If this does not resolve the problem, then go to HELP and TECHNICIAN CONSOLE and download MEMFIX. After you have downloaded go to the DATA button and then DOWNLOADER and click on REFRESH SYSTEM. This should resolve the problem. Clicking on REPAIR CORRUPT FILES in the first menu when you start chartsmart will not resolve this problem. If the problem still persists contact tech support.
