Collating sequence 'PINYIN' is not found

This error may occur when you start your chartsmart. It may say newsus needs to be resorted. If you are running your computer for example in simple Chinese it may require that you put a text file named "config.fpw" into your csmart folder. In the text file put

collate="PINYIN"
codepage="950"

This should allow you to bypass the error. You may find that the horizontal price bars do not show. There is not fix for the price bars at this time. It is due to a character not getting recognized in a different language. If you get a similar error to the above it may be that you need to change the config.fpw file to match your language settings.
